RETURN POLICY

At this time, all of our products are custom and/or produced on-demand and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.

We will gladly take care of our mistakes. We just ask that you report any issues within 5 days of taking delivery in order to be eligible for a replacement or refund. After 5 days, only store credit will be given in the form of a gift certificate.

To report an issue with your order or shipment, send us an email to service@untappedarts.com or message us on Facebook. Please include your full name and contact information, sales order number, details of the issue, and photos of defect or damage if applicable. This will better help us to make things right for you as quickly as possible. 

Partial refunds may be granted in some instances, such as those reported outside of the 5-day period, and may be in the form of store credit. Refunds may be refused at our discretion. 

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS:

Gift Certificates & Downloadable Products

If you have placed an order for a gift certificate or downloadable product and you don't receive the email within 24 business hours, please check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, let us know. Just email info@untappedarts.com and we'll make sure it gets to you.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again and call their customer service line for an update. It takes time before your refund is processed and officially posted. Each financial institution has a different policy on how refunds are handled, and it may take a few days to a week to show in your account after we submit the funds.
